It’s time for celebrating Diwali and it just around the corner and the celebrations have already started. One of the grand festival that are celebrating in India is Diwali. It will give unmatchable celebration spirit and excitement. The theme of Diwali signifies the triumph of light over darkness good over evil and hope over despair.

Many of them are started to buy fireworks online and ready to lighting of diyas on dark to eliminate negative things around you. The Diwali is celebrated on the joyous occasion of return of Lord Rama to Ayodhya after an exile of 14 years. Likewise, there are many traditional histories behind their celebration on festival day.

However today there was a great strain on the environment due to Diwali celebrations. The peoples are affected with many health problems due to the pollution that occurs at the time of Diwali. The children’s health is mainly affected and it leads to major health problems like asthma, ear drum problems and more.

Bursting crackers are one the most fun activities nowadays and the people must think how dangerous the air may affect due to the crackers smoke. There are good crackers with less smoke but many local shops are selling unbranded unauthorized crackers for more profit. It leads a major health issues for all the peoples and they polluting this green environment. Children from the age of 6 to 16 are more susceptible to breathing problems because of the smoke.

Not only the air pollution the animals are also severely suffering from these unbranded crackers. They are suffering from anxiety attacks and some people make fun of animals with the crackers. Noise pollution is also one of the dangerous pollution that create big problem to the environment. Firecrackers produce sounds which are much higher in decibels tolerable for the human ear.

Do you know as per sources during Diwali the decibel levels go up to 125 dB which is equivalent to the noise produced by a military jet at the time of take-off. The fireworks are normally made through hand and the people making them will affect severely to harmful chemicals which results in heavy health damage.

Children’s will burst crackers and they will eat directly without washing their hands. The chemicals used in the fireworks also cause stomach disorders like stomach pain, food poison and more. Even unsafe practises also result in severe burn injuries and we have to run towards hospital on the festival day.

There are many good branded crackers available in shop and online since the Diwali s synonymous with bursting crackers and it’s kind of hard to give up on the fun. Let’s start celebrating Diwali this year in eco-friendly manner. Burst the crackers in terrace or in open ground for less amount of time so that there was no disturbance for anyone. Burst crackers that are made from recycled paper so that noise made from these paper within the decibel limits as per pollution board.
